The reservation is valid until 15 minutes after the booked time. In any case no later than 2.00 pm for lunch and 9.00 pm for dinner. After 15 minutes of delay without notice we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with the application of the penalty.

Requests for changes to the number of seats will be evaluated based on the availability of existing reservations, reserving the possibility of not being able to accommodate them.

To change the date of an existing reservation within the timescales indicated above, we recommend that you cancel it and proceed by checking availability online, alternatively our reservations office is available on +39 089 872473 or via email at [email protected]

€30 per person will be applied in case of:

– No show
– Cancellation less than 48 hours from the booked date
– Failure to communicate the change in the number of seats less than 48 hours from the booking date.
Cancellation within the above deadlines: click on the CANCEL button which you will find at the bottom of the booking confirmation email.

Cancellation with penalty less than 48 hours before the booked date: simply write an email to [email protected].
For holders of gift vouchers, in the event of cancellation less than 48 hours from the booked date, the gift voucher will be considered void and no longer usable.

Children welcome: fully understanding the needs of all our guests and respectful of the importance and value of the experience at our restaurant, we welcome children.

Attire: We do not require a defined dress code. We recommend elegant or smart casual clothing. For men we ask you to avoid t-shirts, shorts and open shoes.

Special requests: Any special requests (floral decorations, cakes, etc.) can be reported in the notes field at the time of booking. The booking office reserves the right to verify the feasibility of the request based on the timing and nature of the request itself.

Pets: Small 4-legged friends weighing up to 10 kg are welcome in the restaurant rooms. Please report their presence in the notes field when booking.
